EXHIBITOR FAQ

Where in the stadium is the event held?
The event takes place in two halls within the stadium, The Great Hall and Centenary Hall. All visitors enter and exit through the Centenary Hall, however The Great Hall is the bigger of the two and holds the majority of the stands.

What are the stand size options?
The standard size is 3×2, other options are available including 4×2, 4×3, 6×2, 6×4 and larger if required.

What is included in my stand cost?
All stands come fully furnished, including a shell scheme, carpet, name board, electric socket, lighting, a table and chairs. Additional items are available to order at an additional charge.

Can I have a space only stand?
Yes, space only stands can be arranged.

What additional items are available for stands?
You can order a variety of additional items including graphics, slat wall, additional furniture, lockable counter units, TV screens and more. Please contact the event organisers with such requests.

Is WiFi available?
Yes, free WiFi is available for all exhibitors.

Is there parking onsite?
There is an on-site car park at Stamford Bridge on a first come first served basis. Parking is also available at Fulham Broadway Car Park. Charges apply.

How do I book hotel accommodation?

Can we unload stand items onsite?
Yes, arrangements will be in place for exhibitors to bring vans onsite so that they can unload any items into the exhibition halls. This will need to be done on the day of set up which is Sunday 18th November.

Who attends the pre show party?
The pre show party is held at the onsite venue ‘Under the Bridge’. All exhibitors and select visitors are invited. The event is ticketed and entry is granted only by the event organisers.
